Q: Remote control unworking ?
A:
1 Need input 2pcs AAA battery inside ;
2.1 Aim the remote directly at the sensor on the front of the tv box ,not aim to TV instead;
2.2 Reduce the distance to the Tv Box;
2.3 Check if there is any obstacle or signal disturb between the remote control and the tv box sensor
2.4 Replace the battery in the remote control
